What is Catharsis? The process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions.  A time comes in every person's life when he/she needs a shoulder to cry, excuse the tears, and get ready to work again. All this phenomenon to get self-satisfaction is  Catharsis. There are many types of catharsis but some main are given below. 1) Activities Find some activities that are according to your nature and gives you self satisfaction.
